Description
You’ll use Froot Loops and Cookie Crisps to teach your scholars the sounds to make when they see two side-by-side o’s in words. You’ll make the primary sound (like we hear in loops) first, and if that doesn’t make a word you know, you’ll “flip it” to the other sound (like we hear in cookies). You’ll name the letters, make the sounds, and do the motions. You’ll sort, decode, and spell lots and lots of o-o words. You’ll also see more confident readers who are learning to lean into the code upon which our language is based.
